      Setting up the Windows 10 Mail App

      If you use the Mail app on Windows 10, you can add it to your Amazon WorkMail account.

      To link the Amazon WorkMail account to the Mail app.

      1. on Windows 10, open Mail and select Accounts.
      2. Select Add Account, Advanced Setup.
      3. Select Exchange ActiveSync and enter the following information:

      Required Information

      Description

      E-Mail adress

      Your email address associated with your Amazon WorkMail account

      Password

      Your password

      Username

      Your email address associated with your Amazon WorkMail account

      Create area

      Endpoint for the AWS region where your mailbox is located:

      · us-west-2mobile.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com

      · us-east-1mobile.mail.us-east-1.awsapps.co

      • eu-west-1mobile.mail.eu-west-1.awsapps.com

        Note:
      • If you do not know which AWS region your mailbox is located in, contact your system administrator.

      Server requires encrypted (SSL)connection

      Enabled

      Account name

      your account name
      4. Click Sign in.
